Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring our clients get the most value out of MogiTech solutions.

    The Customer Success Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships post-sale. You will onboard new clients, provide training, and act as their primary point of contact for any escalations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Onboard and train new clients on our platforms
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction rates

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in account management or customer support
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn software quickly
    • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
