Customer Success Manager

- Onboard and train new clients on our platforms
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction rates
- 3+ years experience in account management or customer support
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn software quickly
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships post-sale. You will onboard new clients, provide training, and act as their primary point of contact for any escalations.
